With the addition of the SA306-IHZ and SA57-IHZ to the Apex Precision Power product family, customers now have an option for driving either brushless (SA306-IHZ) or brush (SA57-IHZ) DC motors rated for supply voltages up to 60V. These ICs provide 5A continuous and 17A PEAK of output current, while using a unique “cycle-by-cycle” current limit feature to continuously monitor and regulate the motor’s current in real time, in all phases.
